Our Mission

Marin Preparatory School is an independent, non-profit, coeducational school, offering classes from junior kindergarten through 8th grade. Our Mission is to provide opportunities for students to achieve their personal best, become positive responsible community members, and to embrace learning in a warm and productive environment. We endeavor to provide a progressive, Spanish infused educational program that embraces interactive thinking with an experiential curriculum, while nurturing the individual strengths and needs of a diverse student population. Our goal is to stimulate a lifelong desire to seek knowledge, and to build a strong sense of community among students, faculty, and parents. At Marin Preparatory, we strive to make the ordinary, extraordinary.

With the help of a matching gift from Igor and Cynthia Sill, Marin Preparatory Students collected $604 to help the children of Haiti, caught in the devastation left by the 7.0 magnitude earthquake that struck their island nation. The money is being sent to the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, supporting the emergency response to help Haitian children.
