Chinese New Year is the most important holiday in the Chinese calendar, beginning on February 3, 2011. Our students were able to learn and participate in the celebration by savoring traditional cuisine, reading various stories, parading around the school, and even watching Lion Dancers move to the beat of a drum/un tambor.
