After visiting Nettie’s Crab Shack, the K1 classroom became really interested in the restaurant/restaurante business. We learned about the different jobs/trabajos, funding requirements, and the long process it takes to open and create a restaurant. To conclude our study, the K1 students created their own restaurant, Flores Bloom, a delicious sandwich shop. Flores Bloom was open for one week, and the money we raised will go to the Japan Tsnuami Relief. ¡Gracias a todos!
